WHAT CHANGES

You get an IT provider that does more than fix problems.

We manage your technology, help protect the business, and look for repetitive tasks that may be simplified or automated— so employees spend less time entering information, chasing paperwork, following up manually, routing requests, or assembling reports.

01

Employees have a support contact

Your team knows where to go when computers, accounts, printers, or applications interfere with work.

02

New hires start prepared

Computers, Microsoft accounts, email, applications, printers, and access are set up more consistently.

03

Departing access is addressed

Accounts and company access are reviewed when an employee leaves instead of being forgotten.

04

Computers receive routine attention

Covered devices are monitored, maintained, updated, documented, and supported as part of the relationship.

05

Microsoft 365 stays organized

AtlasTek assists with users, licenses, email, permissions, MFA, shared mailboxes, and common account needs.

06

Vendors have a technical contact

Get help coordinating with software companies, internet providers, printer vendors, and equipment suppliers.

07

Repetitive work becomes visible

AtlasTek looks for repeated data entry, routing, follow-up, paperwork, and reporting that may be slowing employees down.

08

Practical improvements are recommended

When an opportunity makes sense, we help simplify or automate the work using appropriate business tools.

HOW PRICING WORKS

Pay for the people who actually need full support.

AtlasTek does not automatically count every person on payroll. Pricing is based on employees who use company-managed computers or need regular individual technology support.

01

Who normally counts?

Office staff, managers, estimators, dispatchers, supervisors, and other employees with a company-managed computer or regular individual support needs.

02

Who may not count?

Laborers, seasonal workers, or field employees who do not have company-managed technology and do not need individual support are not automatically included.

EXAMPLE

An 18-person contractor may have only 7 fully supported employees.

Five office employees and two supervisors use company-managed computers and receive regular support. Eleven field employees use no individually managed business technology. The estimated managed price would be 7 × $150, or $1,050 per month, subject to confirming the environment and scope.

CLIENT-OWNED PURCHASES

Your business keeps ownership and control of its technology.

Microsoft licenses, backup subscriptions, automation platforms, physical equipment, internet or phone service, and industry-specific software are purchased separately by the client. AtlasTek helps administer, configure, support, and coordinate approved services. Larger workflow automation or integration work is quoted separately.

THE MANAGED EXPERIENCE

One relationship for the everyday technology work.

The value is not a list of software tools. It is knowing who handles the technology work that repeatedly interrupts your employees and office.

SUPPORT

Employee assistance

Routine remote support for covered employees, with necessary local onsite help when the issue cannot reasonably be completed remotely.

ACCOUNTS

Microsoft and access administration

Help with users, email, permissions, MFA, shared mailboxes, onboarding, offboarding, and common account changes.

DEVICES

Covered computer care

Monitoring, maintenance, supported updates, security tooling, inventory, documentation, and standard replacement-computer setup.

BACKUPS

Backup oversight

Setup assistance, monitoring, and basic restore help when an approved client-paid backup service is in place.

OFFICE

Everyday office technology

Support for common printers, scanners, basic Wi-Fi, office connectivity, and approved business applications.

IMPROVEMENT

Workflow and automation guidance

Identify repetitive technology-related work, recommend practical improvements, and coordinate approved automation or integration projects.

IS MANAGED IT THE RIGHT FIT?

Ongoing support makes sense when technology work keeps coming back.

A business that needs help once or twice a year may be better served by on-demand support. Managed IT becomes valuable when recurring technology needs—or repetitive manual work—regularly interrupt the owner, office manager, or employees.

AtlasTek identifies fully supported employees, confirms the monthly rate, and documents the services included.

3

Organize the environment

Collect approved access, document key systems and vendors, deploy support tools, and address important onboarding items.

4

Support and improve the business

Employees have a consistent support path while AtlasTek maintains covered technology and identifies practical opportunities for improvement.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Understand the plan before making a decision.

Managed IT should be clear enough for a business owner to evaluate without decoding technical language.

Does every employee count toward the price?

No. The price is based on fully supported employees—generally people with a company-managed computer or regular individual IT-support needs. Field workers without managed technology are not automatically counted.

Are Microsoft 365 licenses included?

No. The client purchases and owns Microsoft licenses. AtlasTek helps administer the tenant, users, email, permissions, MFA, and common Microsoft 365 needs.

Is custom automation included in the monthly price?

Periodic workflow reviews and practical recommendations are included. Minor improvements may fit within normal service scope. Larger automations, software integrations, migrations, or custom-development work are reviewed and quoted before implementation.

Is onsite support included?

Necessary local onsite troubleshooting for covered managed-service issues is included when the work cannot reasonably be completed remotely. Support is remote-first, and service is provided within the agreed service area and hours.

Are computers and other equipment included?

No. The client purchases hardware and physical equipment. Standard setup and configuration labor for approved replacement or additional computers is included for managed clients.

Can a business start with on-demand support first?

Yes. Many good managed relationships begin with one problem. You can use on-demand support until recurring needs make a monthly relationship more practical.

How is final pricing confirmed?

AtlasTek completes a brief fit review covering supported employees, computers, locations, Microsoft 365, vendors, backups, and recurring support needs. The final scope and monthly price are confirmed before onboarding.

A BETTER SUPPORT ROUTINE

Ready for IT support that does more than wait for something to break?

Tell AtlasTek how many employees and computers need support, what technology work is falling on your staff, and where repetitive tasks may be consuming time. We will confirm whether managed IT is the right fit and explain the pricing clearly.
